The flat on the ground floor is furnished for 4 people. The It was completely renovated in 2024. Living space is approx. 85 m².
There are 2 bedrooms at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided. Each room is equipped with wardrobes and various storage facilities.
From the living room you can access the terrace and the garden. The dining room can be accessed from the kitchen and the living room.
WiFi internet access (200 Mbps/20 Mbps) guarantees you the usual surfing pleasure or enables you to work professionally.
With the TV, you can receive countless international cable programmes. The Smart TV devices offer you the option of logging in to streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+…) with your own account.
Electric cooking is possible in the fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, kettle, crockery, cutlery etc. are available. The fridge has a small freezer compartment.
The modern bathroom has a washbasin, a walk-in shower and a WC. Towels are provided. A separate guest toilet is also available.
The garden can be used at any time.

There are 3 bedrooms at your disposal. Bed linen and towels are provided. Each room is equipped with wardrobes and various storage facilities and has its own balcony.
The living room has a living and a dining area which is connected to the kitchen by a hatch.
WiFi internet access (200 Mbps/20 Mbps) guarantees you the usual surfing pleasure or enables you to work professionally.

Booking procedure
Here we have shown you the usual booking procedure that has been tried and tested over many years.
Request
Please contact us, without obligation, and inform us of the following (by telephone, e-mail or fax):
- desired date of arrival and departure
- the desired flat (ground flor and/or 1st and/or 2nd floor)
- number of guests
- your name and how best to reach you
- any unanswered questions or uncertainties
Offer
We will then contact you. We will let you know if the flats are still available at the requested time and will put together the rental price for you. It is possible to make a reservation if you are not yet able to determine the travel period. This reservation remains valid until another request for the same period arrives. We will then contact you to confirm the booking or cancel the reservation.
Booking confirmation / payment / cancellation policy
If you agree, we will send you a booking confirmation and ask you to pay a deposit of 30% of the rental price, with a minimum of 100 Euros. The remaining amount is to be paid 14 days before your arrival. If you have to cancel a booking, the deposit remains with us. In case of cancellations less than 14 days before arrival, we reserve the right to claim the full rental price.
Method of payment for EU guests: Bank transfer (you will receive our bank details with the booking confirmation).
Payment methods for guests outside the EU: Bank transfer or Paypal (plus Paypal fees)
Further information
You will receive the key for the flat directly on site. In case of emergency, spare keys are deposited with neighbours.

Price list
The price list can be found at the respective apartments. Further below we have put together some calculation examples for you. Outside the main travel periods, you are welcome to request an individual offer. If you have any questions, please contact us.
The prices quoted refer to one overnight stay for the respective flat. The prices include final cleaning, bed linen, towels, cable TV, additional costs and Wi-Fi internet access. If you book less than 3 nights, we charge a compensation of 30% (2 nights) / 50% (1 night) of the total amount. A booking of less than 3 nights will be handled individually according to the booking situation. The prices quoted are valid from the date of publication, earlier prices are therefore no longer valid.
*supplementary occupancy only possible on request with an extra bed (10 €/night).
Example no. 1: 1st floor / 1 week / up to 5 persons* = 7 nights @ 150€ = 1050€ (plus tourist tax).
Example no. 2: 2nd floor / 1 week / 2 persons = 7 nights @ 60€ = 420€ (plus tourist tax).
